The team did a spectacular job repairing a six-foot crack in my stem wall that went through into my garage. I called five companies; Concrete Repairman had someone the next day and scheduled the job in under 72 hours. The quote was a tenth of what other companies estimated. The crack was caused by rusted rebar — they dug it out, replaced and waterproofed it, repaired the concrete, and gave me a lifetime warranty. Nobody paid me for this review.

I received a previous quote I thought was very high, so I contacted Concrete Repairman. James inspected the area, gave an immediate quote far less than the previous one, and did the work that Friday. They ground the stem wall, jackhammered out concrete around rusted rebar and straps, installed new anchors, applied rust preventative, patched, waterproofed, painted, and backfilled. Very professional all around.
